All foreign visitors visiting PR China must apply for a visa. Each visitor requires a SEPARATE invitation letter for the visa application. Please note:
Invitation letter issued by the show organizer is to assist your visa application, and there is no guarantee that the application will be approved. Please approach the Chinese Consulate in your country to confirm if any additional documents or requirements are required.
The original letter shall be sent to you by post upon request. The mailing date takes around 15 working days, depending on the destination. A courier fee will be imposed and charged in advance for requests to send the original copy by courier. The courier fee is subject to change according to the recipient country.
The representative of the organizer will not provide a copy of his/her personal identity information with the visa applicants under any circumstances.
Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
All information cannot be amended after the application form is submitted.
